Lavandeto is an original biscuit with lavender from our own plantation. Sweets with lavender made from wholemeal flour with brown sugar, raisins, butter, some secret additives and no preservatives. Richness and depth of flavor obtained from top-quality selected ingredients and careful baking in small batches in order to obtain a fine texture and rich aftertaste. A delicacy that represents the crown of our work and successfully conveys the benefits of lavender to the gourmet world. Lavender cakes and lavender biscuits are something you should try and experience. The lavender spice we use in making biscuits is our original mixture of three types of lavender flowers prepared from the highest quality selected varieties of lavender. Lavendeto biscuit is a rather unique lavender biscuit. We make it by hand and it combines an old American recipe for homemade "cookie" biscuits, our optimal blend of whole wheat flour and butter and a unique spice blend of 3 varieties of lavender. Handmade by our household and a unique product on the market that has found its way to discerning customers. From specialized health food and delicatessen stores to cafes, restaurants, receptions and many gift shops throughout the country. Cooking with lavender is a new trend that essentially revives the old ideas of Mediterranean recipes that have disappeared from many tables in the modern age.
