Apply it to areas with skin irritation, minor burns, sunburn, bites of insects and bruising. It will help heal and relieve tense muscles and eliminate muscle fibers. Lavender oil is one of the few oils that can be applied directly to the skin.

Before bed, rinse your feet with a little olive, almond or some other base oil into which you put 2-3 drops of lavender oil. It will help microcirculation, relax you and help you fall asleep easier. It is useful for disinfecting the skin and preventing fungal infections.

A few drops of oil on your baby's toy before putting it on sleep will help the baby to calm down, and the toy will be repulsive to moths and insects. Several drops of oil on the pillow and sheets will have the same effect.

Pinch some oil on your palms, rub them and put them in position as if you want to collect water. Bring close to your face and breathe deeply. The same method helps you reduce panic. You can put a few drops of oil on a paper or cloth napkin and inhale to relax in stressful situations.

When dealing with headache it helps to apply a few drops of lavender oil to the temples and the back of the neck. Carefully apply the oil. A strong aroma may be irritable to the eyes, but wait for a few minutes and you will feel a nice calming effect.

In colds or sore throat, place a little lavender oil in the hot water and inhale. You can also make tea by using 1 teaspoon of lavender flowers and 2 dcl of hot water. You can drink or gargle your tea to suppress the inflammation of the throat.

All the previously mentioned conditions can be alleviated by aromatic baths with lavender oil and aromatherapy salts. Salt purifies the body and removes toxins while essential oils relax and cure the body. Lavender oil or other essential oils should usually be mixed with little milk to disperse properly in water. Oil is lighter than water and floats on the surface if you do not dilute it in milk and then mix it in.

Use of hydrosols in

The treatment

After the distillation process is completed by the water vapor of a plant material containing essential oils, there is a separation of the final product into two parts. Water vapor that passes through the herbal material takes out the non-soluble plant oils, but also those that are water-soluble in the aqueous medium. After cooling the water vapor, separation occurs in two parts allowing separation of the essential oil from the aqueous solution. The first part is an essential oil and another aqueous solution on whose surface it is the essential oil floating - hydrosol.

Hydrosol for cosmetic purposes is used as a natural tonic, or as an aqueous phase in the manufacture of creams, gels, emulsions and masks. Except for cosmetics, hydrolytes can be used in cooking, but also for therapeutic purposes: as nose, eyes, ears, and vaginal rinses. For use as nasal drops or vaginal discharge, the hydrosols must be isotonized and, in the eye drops, they must be adjusted to pH.

In cosmetics, the simplest use is to apply the hydrosol to the cleansed face, after which we apply nutrients and / or creams to the skin still moist from hydrosol - so we gave the skin all that it would get from a cream - the water phase and oily phase.

Lavender hydrosol

is ideal for care of virtually all skin types due to a balanced pH value (5.6-5.9). It works regeneratively, cleansing, cooling; helps with insect bites; ideal for refreshing the face during summer heat, helps with burns after sunburn. It is great for sensitive skin care, as well as acne and other inflammatory skin conditions. After depilation, it can be combined with the laurel hydrosol, to prevent infections and redness of the skin. Along with the hydration of the lips, it works great for preventing ingrown hair follicles. Applied after sunscreen, helps maintain skin moisture during sun exposure and prevents damage caused by wind and high temperatures.

Immortelle hydrosol

acts anti-inflammatory, increases absorption of hematoma, stimulates healing of wounds and scars, reduces scaling. It regenerates skin cells and increases blood flow. The method of skin care is ideal for sensitive and tired skin. It is used as an excellent water base for the production of rich moisturizing creams, just the same as lavender hydrosol.
